He has lived in Asia for more than 15 years (Thailand and Singapore) and is active on an international level in the field of leadership and organizational development.
He has years of experience in coaching and coaching training, communication training, change process management, partnership development, leadership training, and non-profit organization management. His work takes him to various countries in Asia, Europe and to Australia and America.
